Summer means constant leg shaving for me. Having tried epilation (and hated it), waxing and the usual razor I decided to give in and buy an electric shaver. I chose the Braun LS 5560 which seemed to give me everything I wanted; I could charge and use it or plug it into the mains and use it like that. Most ladyshavers seem to need endless charging and run out quickly, so it was worth paying around £40 for something which I could use anytime I wanted to.
It comes with several attachable heads which allow you to use it on your bikine line, as well as a smoothing attachment (which is a glorified pumice stone) that removes dead skin cells as you shave.
As for whether it works, it does a good job on removing longer hairs but doesn't give you a close shave like you'd get from a razor. It's good for between wet shaves and emergencies and if you wear a pair of nude tights no one will notice a bit of stubble.
